Returns & Refunds Policy – Picture This

We want you to love your order from Picture This, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right. Our policy covers both physical and digital items, with different guidelines depending on the type of product.

Physical Items – Prints & Products

We offer a mix of ready-to-go and made-to-order items. While we take care to ensure all products are made and packaged to a high standard, we understand that issues can occasionally happen.

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible physical items if:

  • You contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery

To arrange a return or report an issue, please email firthbob95@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please include photos if your item arrived damaged.

Important notes:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping when returning items.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
