Shipping policy

At Picture This, we take great care to ensure your order is packaged safely and shipped promptly. Some of our prints are ready to go, while many of our items are made to order, which means delivery times may vary slightly depending on what you purchase.

Order Types & Processing Times

Ready-to-Go Prints:

  • These are items we have in stock and can dispatch quickly.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order Items:

  • These are created especially for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days, depending on the product.

Shipping Times (UK Orders)
Once your order has been processed and dispatched:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Tracked Shipping (where available): 1–3 business days

  • Delivery times may be affected by Royal Mail or courier delays, especially during holidays or busy periods.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping on select items. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–14 business days).

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Packaging

  • Prints are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Larger prints may be rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes, while smaller ones may be flat-packed with backing boards and protective sleeves.

  • Multiple items may be shipped separately if they are made and dispatched from different locations.

Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  • Please email us at firthbob95@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Lost parcels are rare, but in the event of a delivery issue, we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact us at firthbob95@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
